BARHOF LLC operates Cortepus, an AI-powered social media automation platform that enables businesses to manage customer interactions, automate responses, and enhance their digital presence on platforms including Facebook and Instagram.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Violate Meta's Platform Policies or Community Standards
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services to infringe on the rights of third parties

6. Meta Platform Compliance

Our services integrate with Meta platforms. You agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Policy, and all applicable guidelines when using our services in connection with Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta products.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of our platform require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by BARHOF LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BARHOF LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
